Not So Nice Mail

In the Kingdom of Mormonia the most prized personal quality is being "nice". To be "not so nice" towards others is reserved for relating to apostates and those who have no potential of becoming a Mormon. Believe it or not, some "not so nice" emailers actually have a change of mind and heart and do come to reason and reality. Read all about them at "Not So Nice Surprises". Submit your email in the text box below.

Everyone who writes on here clearly feels bad about leaving the church, because it is the true church, and so you all just say stories that to be honest... probably are not even true or at least not all all way true. that make you feel better but they are just lame excuses for leaving the church. - 11/28/2009 - anon

Okay. A few things.

1. You're an idiot.

2. None of the words are true. Most of them are made up any way.

3. YOu people need a life.

@Cal I agree with your comment. It's funny and well put.

P.S. I hope you find a better way to waste your time. You're just making yourself look stupid. - 12/29/2009 - Melanie

Bruce R. Mcconkie was missunderstood by many. The wicked take the truth to be hard. - 12/27/2009 - Matt

This site is nothing but a waste of my time. This site is nothing but a hoax!!!!!!

Its amazing that you have spare time to write this and capitalize from it. Our purpose in life is to serve God and it is amazing to that with all your knowledge and wisdome you would allow your self TO BE USED as a tool for adversity. - 11/29/2009 - anon

Sheesh! How can you people live with yourselves?? I hate you I hate you I hate you. But I love you because I'm a Christian and a good Mormon.

None of what you say can be true because it makes the Mormon faith look bad and it can't be bad because it's good and that's how I know that nothing bad that you say about it is true.

If you don't like the Church, you should just move on and keep your mouth tightly shut about it, so that good Mormons can happily assume that you left the Church because of your filthy desire to wallow in sin or because you were offended by someone in Church and are so childish that you would give up all of your eternal blessings to get back at the offender.

If you're going to try to give us other reasons for leaving, we don't want to hear those reasons. Why? Because we know they're all lies. (See the above reasoning if you want to know how we know that all the bad stuff people say about the Church are just lies.)

Joseph Smith never slept with other men's wives. The temple endowment never included bloody oaths accompanied by throat-slitting and disembowelment gestures. Brigham Young never misappropriated Church money to build up his personal wealth and he never taught that Adam is the God that Mormons worship. All of those kinds of things are lies, lies, lies. None of those things can be true because they make the Mormon Church look bad and it can't be bad because it's good, therefore.... Well, you should get the point by now.

And even if those things were true, they wouldn't be bad because what makes us think they're bad is our reliance on the flesh. Someday, God will explain it all and it will make perfect sense.

I hope you all burn in a fiery and painful hell for all of your vicious lies. Why? Because I love you and I'm concerned for your eternal welfare. Nothing you say even affects me because my testimony is unshakeable. My faith is like the Rock of Gibraltar and your vicious attacks on the Gospel are nothing more than feathers falling on the Rock. That's why I'm so upset that I feel this compulsion to write comments urging you to immediately shut down this website or else!

You may be thinking that my spelling is way tooo good for a typical TBM protest comment, but au contraire. What you loosers didnt reelize is that I saved my all bad speling four this last sentunce cuz I new if I didn't you're instink would maek you think I wuz just an apostalate tryiyng to ackting like a genuwine bad speling typikal Mormon protest commentater. You looser thru all you're lose living hav losted your eternimal exhalation with you're attacks on my relijious fayth.

Yours truly,

Typical Mormon Commenter Who Protests this Websight - 11/24/2009 - Typical TBM Protest Comment

I love you!!! Nope. Just joking. I just thought that maybe you needed to hear that. I doubt you've ever heard those words said to you in your whole life. I'm guessing that some LDS girl rejected you in high school because you weren't a member (also because you smelled like old feta cheese) and then you decided to devote the rest of your life to figuring out a way to get back at her and destroy that which thwarted your attempt at finally going on a date with a real girl: THAT EVIL CHURCH!! You think you've researched the Church by maybe watching some Conference talks or reading some Anti-Mormon pamphlets? Oh wait, maybe you "really did read The Book of Mormon"? Let me guess, you figured out how it's fake? Cool for you! I'm sure that you're an expert on pretty much every subject, huh? Yep. Go back to your Magic cards, champion. Your Heavenly Father loves you, so I guess I should try to, as well. - 11/24/2009 - Cool guy

This is completely ridiculous... both the pro-mormon and anti-mormon comments. - 11/22/2009 - Ben

iīm not a mormon but you guys who made this shit are so fu&%$ that the worst thing that i have never seen, those coments pissed me off... u r going to hell... i will remember you that some day... - 11/22/2009 - lance

What is your problem with Mormons? honestly, we dont pick on any other religion, we dont break any laws, we are the first to help anyone in need, and yet we are still hated. But you know what, if you have nothing better to do then to poke fun like a child in elementary then go ahead. All i am saying is it just doesnt make sense why you have to hate us. - 11/20/2009 - I AM MORMON!

In all my dealings with "Mormons" and "Ex -Mormons", I have never seen, heard, nor read any diatribe as silly or ignorant as this. There are FAR more important things to be concerned about when it comes to figuring out what is important in working out your salvation while here on Earth. Tattoos are actually that important to you, huh? Wow. How shallow a person you must be, and how hollow you must feel inside. I feel sorry for folks like you, truly sorry. - 11/18/2009 - Doc1994

the author of this side is satan! - 11/17/2009 - anon

Seems to me that most of these stories are written by the same person. Certainly someone without a testimony. - 11/16/2009 - anon

I love all of you who believe this site is EXTREMELY WRONG! Yes, we are allowed our own opinions but we have the freedom of religion... Before people blurt out things about my religion, our religion, maybe you should do some research. Try actually talking to some missionaries or visit our visitor's center or even our church website: We are not the only religion out there, I'm just saying... I'm glad you do have this comment area in your website. - 11/15/2009 - LDS for life!!

HOW SAD FOR YOU... - 11/12/2009 - SAD 4 U

You post cr@p like this because you're jealous of the fact that members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints are just superior, chosen people. - 11/12/2009 - The gospel is true, you are false

I have always beleived in the Church since 1967 wheb I joined. I havent always been happy with leaders examples , but Even Peter smote off a soldiers ear. Even paul persucuted christians prior to his conversion. i am sure some negative stories are true. Im a good father of my kids and even I lose my cool and do and say things I later regret. Its apart of being human. Prophets apotels have always been chastised by God. lets just look at our own flaws and let God judge the rest of us. and Bless you guys who are hurt. I pray for you . - 11/11/2009 - Chorley

I Love Monson. I know he is a true prophet called of God. - 11/10/2009 - Guest

As an active member of the church of Jesus Christ of later day saints, I would like to express my disapproval on the accuracy of this website. I'm sorry if you feel this way about our church and that lying has become a last resort. These figures are dramatically inaccurate along with the idea that some people seem to have about our church. Our humanitarian aid is a NON profit organisation. We spend millions and millions of dollars world wide every year helping those in need. members of our church give up 2 years of their life to serve missions, one mission is a humanitarian aid mission. when natural disasters occur, it is not uncommon for us to be the first ones there helping!!! Honestly I don't see how someone has the nerve to complain about how our church isn't giving enough. Maybe someone created these false figures through jealousy, maybe they got just a little too bored. - 11/09/2009 - anon

Donīt you guys have anything else to do?? - 11/08/2009 - Cris

donīt you have any better to do than bullshit all the time? I think that respect is a characteristic of an inteligent person, but you have any kind of it. itīs so pitty!!! - 11/06/2009 - laconeus

How sad!

I have never been a fan of Brother McConkie but this site is sick. (Old definition)

What do you want to be when(if) you grow up? Repentant I hope! - 11/02/2009 - dtanner

i cant believe you think its alright to make fun of someones religion. How would you like it if i made a website talking about u religion in a rude and disgraceful way i looked up story about tithing looking for a good story for my family home evening i think u need to cancel this site and apologize to every Mormon and the church of Jesus Christ and latter day saints. i feel bad for you because u made this site to be rude to the members and u dont feel bad so i feel bad for you! - 11/02/2009 - anon

You're disgusting and a horrible person. - 10/29/2009 - anon

dude, your a perv.

and to everybody else who is speaking nasty status... C'mon! its obvious that you arent connected to the spirit with all your slander. im going on my mission in a few weeks, and have been praying and reading scriptures everyday. There is no substitute for how happy being clean makes me. It's at time when i totally ignore my spiritual responsibilities that i can talk all kinds of garbage like you guys. Your all getting bogged down by the deep doctrines, when you probly cant even handle the basics. sorry if i seems harsh, but you people are outta line. 10/28/2009 - Eaton

This website is only a disservice to the person who created this site. The debate in this site shows no validation or credentials that prove these claims. Anybody who's smart can see that. Good luck in convicing people your perspective on the religion, cuz you're REALLY going to need it. - 10/28/2009 - C

It's too bad all you people that have posted here feel the way you do. It's hard to feel good about being a Mormon when you are living in sin. Try to live a Christlike life and as you do that, Mormonism will feel good and will bless your life. I don't know any Mormons that take the time to trash other churches and make up negative things about other churches. So many people that have posted here were blatantly lying. I couldn't read very much because it is all lies. If these are the things you believe about Mormons, no wonder you aren't Mormon. I encourage you to try going to a Mormon church and reading the Book of Mormon and finding out for yourself if it's true. Our religion is the fastest growing religion in the world because of the feelings people get when come to our church and when they are living a good life. Life is about living happily with your family, striving to be like Jesus Christ, and serving those around you just as Christ would do. - 10/27/2009 - Shan

You people are shameful. Get a life! President Monson is a prophet, seer and revelator. I've met him up close and have had many spiritual experiences by him, and anyone with the spirit of God can determine that he is a man of God. Your language and manners show that you certainly have no portion of the spirit of God. You mock President Monson at your own spiritual peril. - 10/26/2009 - Mahanri

What an awful web site. - 10/26/2009 - Chris

this is horrible. why do you waste your time doing this, i know he is a prophet of God, you dont have to be perfect to be one. God calls who he wants and he will qualify them. how dare you put on the world wide web sacred images from the holy temple. - 10/25/2009 - anon

I can't believe you people. - 10/26/2009 - anon

this is most absurd and stupid that I have seen, only ignorant people write it in this country has no moral values - 10/26/2009 - gabriel fuentes

You know, you guys really are lame. I think of you the same way I think about the Brownshirts back in the 30s, all sexually frustrated and pissed off at the world. - 10/25/2009 - Weston

THis will be the death of your soul - 10/24/2009 - the watcher

Very dissapointing, was expecting to be amused by the website. but i was poorly mistaken. For anyone who has been offended by the church, on behalf of myself i am sorry, for that is not what the church teaches. Lds are good people and i have felt this in the kindness they give me. if you really wanna know wat its about GO TO CHURCH! - 10/24/2009 - tash

So here is a question for you folks. Which Christian church has the most truth to it?

Can't answer it can you for fear of offending one of your minions!

Damned if you attempt to answer it and Damned if you don't!

If the Mormon's are totally wrong, who then is right? Are gay priests OK? If so, why are other churches debating and splitting over it? Which of all the christian churches has the most truth or doesn't it matter, just as long as your not LDS?

I never could figure you anti's out and never will. You never had any answers yourselves when I would ask hard questions. Each and ever time they were Mamby Pamby answers. Nothing with real meat....just....well....The Mormons are wrong and that's all I care about. It didn't matter if the Pentecostals or Baptists or Snake Handlers taught the most truth....the only thing that mattered was displaying animosity towards the Mormon faith. You just can't leave it alone. It really eats at ya. I don't get it. Do something constructive and go help your neighbor and mow their lawn! Jesus would! - 10/23/2009 - Golookinthe mirror

Kinda funny that all these exed LDS folks have a deep need to tare down others. - WWJD? - 10/22/2009 - castthefirststone

Wether or not mormonism is correct all this display does is show how big of an ass anti-mormons can make themselves. - 10/20/2009 - WTF

Horrible, your day will come!!!!!!!!! - 10/19/2009 - E

It's interesting that you feel so hostile towards Dallin H. Oaks. I would be interested in knowing what drives you to make someone look bad. What do you get out of it? - 10/18/2009 - anon

You are a sad little man..... - 10/17/2009 - truth czar

You have told many lies, even though I may not know much about Elder Mcconkie. I feel, and I know that these are lies. I hope that one day you can open your eyes and respect these wonderful men of god. You may have lost your testimony of things that were true, but you have no right to lead other down with you. - 10/17/2009 - Sam

hhhhhhhhhilarious!(not really, this is a really rascist siteand i will never come back here again!!!!) - 10/15/2009 - bb

what a jerk face. just because you dont believe in something doesnt make it right to go around making fun of it. do you think you are cool or something because your acting inmature. mormons dont go around making fun of other people so why are you doing it to them? This is the stupidedt website i have ever seen in my life. is this what you do all day. make others feel bad so your selfestem will go up. Get a Life. and just so you know. i wear my ctr (CHOOSE THE RIGHT) ring all the time. in fact i even have a tan line from it. everyone i know says it is the coolest ring they have ever seen and they wish they had one too. so you can go on being a loner just because you are jelous you dont have one too. - 10/13/2009 - your an idiot

I am mormon and I believe in the concept of "let he without sin cast the first stone" I also believe that you can't judge the whole population of the Church based on one, two, three, even fifty encounters you have with members.

Every member is different. Every member has free agency and while you guys are spouting off hatred on both sides about tattoos, people are dying all over the world in wars, from starvation and horrible diseases and I think instead of getting in petty arguments about useless shit we should be figuring out how to stop all the hate that is out there.

To each his/her own. Who cares if you have a tattoo? Who cares if you wear more than one earring? Who cares if you drink Pepsi or Mountain Dew? I think if you live your life the best you can and try to do good you will be fine in God's eyes. We are not here to judge each other, we are not here to hate each other, we are not here to tell each other what to do.

The only thing you should judge about a person is whether or not you want them in your life or not, let God take care of the rest. Stop the hate, everyone, you too Mormons. - 10/12/2009 - anon

What a lack of respect for other's belief... you should no live in the country of freedom.... - 10/10/2009 - Lidia Bertoli

This is sickening. Every one that has written these should seriously consider actually finding facts and basing songs off of those. Not one single lyric in any of these songs is supported by any truth. I like what "Defender of Truth" said... you'll feel a sickness in your gut. That feeling definitely means those lyrics are lies. These lyrics make me wonder if anyone that has written them has ever been to something with our church or read the Book of Mormon. Trust me, the feeling you get when you read the Book of Mormon is a far cry better than the sick feeling you get when you read these lyrics. When you read the Book of Mormon, peace comes over you. So, before you go off on our church again, do some research and find out about it for yourselves. - 10/10/2009 - Anon

If you are going to try to act intellectual, you should a) make sure you have a clue what you are talking about, and b)at least use spell check. - 10/04/2009 - anon

Time is a valuable commodity and what a great waste of that commodity this whole thing was. Mocking those in the world who do more good for humanity in a week than most of the world does in a year! You are the type of people the Mormons pray for, because you are truly lost in the world! May God bless you that you may live to see the truth! - 10/04/2009 - Time

that was stupid - 10/04/2009 - eewqfcdew

I've never seen something so pathetic and ridiculous as this page, I hope you can be forgiven for trying to show and tarnishing the image of such sacred things and brings us much peace and freedom. I know that the temple is the house of the Lord and there that we feel very close to our Heavenly Father, I feel compassion for people pathetic and without direction as you when I saw this page I was just sad for you. But no matter what they speak or what they do this will always be the church of Jesus Christ, and against this there is nothing to do. Regards, - 09/30/2009 - Pedro Henrique

only a real moron would take any of this petrid heap of crap seriously. You need to get a life. - 09/30/2009 - pete

I am very sorry for your ignorance! One day, you will be shocked when you find out that President Monson is truly who he says he is - a TRUE prophet of God. He will forgive you for your slander - Don't you have anything better to do than mock others. Shallow minds always say shallow things. I was looking for a picture of President Monson to use in a class and I saw your website. I had to shake my head and put you in the category of the last day idiots! That is as nice a comment as I can make to you! Guess the LDS church must obviously be true or else why would you make such effort to ridicule it and try to debase it? Makes me smile to think that you are bringing to pass the scripture that talk about men in the last day being lovers of self - amen brother! - 09/27/2009 - amen brother

guess what you guys are all idiots maybe I should make fun of you for being you. This whole site is another worthless site made by an idiot who makes up excuses about believing in the mormon religion probally because they he/she got kicked out for breaking the camandments. You all should be ashamed of yourself those garments arent meant to be displayed all over the place. There not costumes there temple garmments. I wish I could just talk to each one of you your bulitens make no since. How do you get scarred for life by seeing someone in underwear. obviously your hiding something else so dont make make up lies to help yourself. - 09/27/2009 - concerned LATTER DAY SAINT

This entire page is the most asinine thing I've ever seen. Your day is coming, anon LOL - 09/27/2009

people have no feelings or belief when they can make fun of another church. To each their own, if we all beleive in the same GOD why should some make fun of his HOLY house? Being LDS doesn't mean we're any different, we're all GOD's children. Beleive don't mock! B.P. Meadville ward. - 09/23/2009 - Barbara

I don't care what all of you say. Thomas S. Monson is a prophet of God and was called to that position by the Lord Himself. The same goes for all other prophets called in this latter dispensation. - 09/16/2009 - Broman

you guys have no idea what youre talking about! were not a cult!!!!! i have had absolute joy in the mormon church, not unhappiness, and thats because i know the mormon church is true!!! - 09/16/2009 - person

You're an idiot who exploits a church over facts you have no clue about. You are the devil himself. You are dispicable and will be punished so later on. Good luck in your non-existant future you fool. - 09/14/2009 - anon

I am so sorry you all feel the way you do about the LDS CHURCH.I love what my Heavenly Father has given us here on earth and I know the church is true. I have never heard of things you guys are talking about.I pray you all will find your way back and I will keep you all in my prayers. God Bless

P.S. I vow to my husband. - 09/11/2009 - Kat

Dear friends,

It makes me laugh to hear so much criticism of the church, its policies, and BYU. Do you know why? Because they are all false. I hear so much flack on the church for our policies on homosexuality and other things. Why not take out the Baptist church, or the Presbyterians, or the Sikhs, or the Amish or the Shi'ites or even the orthodox jews? They all live their lives as best as they can, and they do not hear one word about it. When was the last time that you heard about a baptist controversy? Now, I don't mean to rant on these groups. Quite the contrary, I think that all of these religious sects are very good people. I also know that none of you can say ANYTHING about the church that could be negative and real. Most of what you say are lies. Outright lies. Some of you were excommunicated, not because of an unfair judgment, but because you were homosexual or abused drugs or pornography, or did something that the church said NOT to do and refused to repent even when asked. The rest are not Mormons. It is like a christian making fun of an atheist. You hate it, I hate the opposite.

Many of you people are the hypocrites in every sense. Now, I do not mean to yell. I understand that many of you had bad experienced, and others just don't understand. I ask, whose fault that was. You scream for justice, but justice was given to you, and you spat at it. You scream for equal rights and equal treatment, so give it. You say "You people are prejudiced". That statement makes me laugh! Are we? We try to help you, and what happens? You slam doors in our faces.

As for BYU, there is a reason that we who love the church call it the Lord's University. All of the sections of BYU teach everyone how to be good people. We do not reject entry on anything but your grades. Do not say that the church is not true because you prayed and did not get accepted to BYU. Where were your grades? It is harder to get into BYU than Stanford. You need about a 30 on the ACT and a 3.7 GPA, and that is to get in. A 4.0 is required for any kind of scholarship.

You told me what you saw, to quote the scriptures, through a glass darkly. Let me tell you what I see each day. I see happy people content with who they are. The world teaches you that you must be 100 lbs and have perfect features to be popular. These people walk down the street with a happy gleam in their eyes, singing to themselves the songs of Zion, knowing that they are loved by God, despite what the anorexia loving media has to say. They say that a girl is only able to be loved for her body, and thus must show it off in every possible way. At BYU, I see very few girls who care one iota what these magazines and such have to say. They wear perfectly descent clothes, not "pioneer dresses", mind you, but conservative clothing that makes a man look her in the eyes.

In no way do I mean to slam other places of learning. Many of them produce great men and women. However, here at BYU I see the greatest of all. The people here do not graduate to show how smart they are or to strike rich, as some, (but not all) do at other places. Men graduate to support their families. Many of them have children, legitimate children with their legitimate wives here on campus. There is as much sexual activity here at BYU, for those who claim that we are against love, but almost all of it is within marriage. Homosexuality is not present. I am not trying to say that homosexuals are evil, but rather the practice. Gone is the omnipresent yelling of the gay crowd that they are being mistreated, when instead what they are doing is demanding special privileges from a torn government.

Here we don't have the fraternities and sororities that convince the unpopular that they never will be loved. Here we don't have the fraternities and sororities that cause massive rampages of drunken assaults. Here we don't have the drunkenness, or even the drug abuse. Claim what you will. My roommate and I leave our medicines out and our door unlocked, because we trust people. We don't have fear that people will steal any of our things or take our prescribed pills. We don't have to fear that we will log onto the internet and accidentally see the rampant pornography that tears marriages apart and turns men into broken shells. Say what you want about it "not being that bad." I hope that enough of you are still human beings to realize that "not that bad" is already over the line.

As for the staff, I have seen nothing but good, honest men and women. The police force are nice, and they do not trample on people. They do their best to keep the honor code in check and are kind enough to give people warnings. The teachers are some of the best ever. They are kind and respectful and start classes with prayer, which you may call fascist, but I love, being from a place in which you can not even pray before lunch at school. Students are not required to participate, however, in order to change the class from boring to special. Even math classes make you feel happy when you leave. The proverbial grunts smile as they labor. The students get along well with the teachers, and have no problem talking to them for advice.

The school does regulate certain things, movies and such. However, we, the upstanding members of the church do not even notice. Only those already living on the edge are the only ones who feel constrained. The less conservative a person, the more that they like to scare themselves out of their minds with terrible movies of gore that make people violent, the more they are willing to break the laws of the land, the more they are willing to destroy their bodies and minds with illegal substances and pornographic trash, the harder it is. Now that I phrase it as such, why would you willingly subject yourself to that? These are not the chains of BYU, but rather the guidelines by which all of the students live, and want to live. We have no desire to cross the line and we are perfectly happy to consign ourselves to these lives. Mormons are less likely than any other religious group to be in jail or to commit suicide. That should be more than enough reason for why we are happy to be us.

I go to church on Sunday, I avoid alcohol and drugs, I avoid immorality and the likes, and I am proud of it. Call me an arrogant puppet if you want, but the only arrogance I see is the world claiming that we are doing it for show, and the only puppets are these fine young men and women who let God pull their strings. I would not have it any other way.

I come from a bad part of society. The people there do not smile. They do not say "good morning" to you as you pass by. They do not help you to pick up your books when you trip, or care about your feelings when something hurts them. They do not allow the talk of religion, because it scares them. Nobody comes to sit by the loner at lunch, or to keep the lonely company. Nobody even helps when somebody gets into a car wreck. Nobody cares. Here, everyone does. It is not some preconditioned response. It is all natural from the hearts of good men and women.

I care about the readers of these articles. I hope that nobody develops their own bad impression because of a few prejudiced remarks. Please, accept my apology for them and learn that we are not these spies that these bigots make us out to be. Take my word, as an elder in the church, a BYU student, a member of the society and a patriot. There is nothing to hate, nothing to fear. Sure, we are human and have our various problems. Sure, we are not all perfect, but I will guarantee to you that you will almost never find a group trying to be closer to perfect than the students here. I bear to you my solemn witness on that matter. Please, drop your hatreds. Please, learn to understand us. We want nothing more than to live our lives our way. - 09/09/2009 - the truth

It takes a really sad and pathetic person, inside and out-whether they agree with something or not - to take the time to set up a website and encourage others to ridicule something they themselves know nothing about.

These ppl who posted have every right to feel how they do, but to at the same time to write and misrepresent the sacredness is just that, sad and pathetic.

Clearly you all fail to see the big picture. I hope God has mercy on you when the time comes for you to be judged, because as someone said somewhere on your page, sprinkling sugar on you is still gonna make you feel like a turd.

if you can sleep at night knowing that you keep this page out there, then clearly your soul is beyond feeling goodness or the love of Christ. Welcome to your heart, Satan. - 09/08/2009 - anon

Theres no reason to fret over a simple .com webpage. Let them say what they want. this page is so simply set up, its worth nothing. .com never stands up in todays world. I'm just curious as to why you dislike the LDS church so much.. This seems like a lot of work to do, to not make any impact at all. In what way do they destroy people, by promoting keeping your body clean of alcohol and cigarettes which are scientifically proven to not be natural to consume anyways, and to wear clothes that don't make you look like a whore.. it just seems like you have no case at all... and at best are only trying to jump on the band wagon of making fun of the church to try and get them to tell their "secrets" to you out of anger. There IS a difference between secrets and sacredness, you know that right. I would love for you to email me and give me one logical reasoning behind why you are doing this aside from a personal hatred of a certain type of people.. Namely: who you are defending and why they can't defend themselves (not that there is anything to defend)?... And I've noticed that all of the people who have made comments against the LDS on this site clearly don't even understand the LDS church nowadays, because they are still speaking of polygamy, which is an EXTREMELY well known fact that they haven't practiced it in decades and decades. It just seems like you at one point in your life were ticked off by the LDS and decided to obsess yourself with getting back at the whole church for that one instance... Even if it was several instances, you still aren't justified. Essentially, what you're doing is a form of racism, only on a religion instead of on skin color. And whoever left the last comment is getting the LDS church confused with Freemasons.. How, I know not.. But it's retarded that they would be so sure of themselves when they don't know enough to comment in the first place. Seriously, please email me. I would love to hear what your reasoning is behind all of this. - 09/07/2009 - Jeremy

One serious problem I've noticed with your website that I see all too often: You are placing blaming God for human problems. To leave the LDS church because of people is the most foolhardy thing a person can do. The church teaches that we are all given free agency, and sadly many members of the church exercise that agency in ways inconsistent with what God would want. However, many believe that they are doing God's will. He's got a difficult job, God does, after having given us free agency and now having the task of getting us to believe, then having people do things He would not want, yet claiming they are doing it in his name. I do believe, though, that he will take all of this into account at the final judgment. He's smarter than most people like yourselves think, and I know for a fact that he is not a creation of man's mind as so many believe. If you cannot tell, I am a firm believing "Mormon." I have seen every argument possible against the religion, and though some are rather convincing, none can truly refute God's existence and the truthfulness of the LDS church. I do understand how one might be swayed away from believing because of these arguments; however, I think it is petty and immature to attack the church in the way you have. You may not believe in it, but its contributions to mankind are undeniable (I recognize the adverse effects it has had, but one must weight the negatives and positives here, and the positives easily outweigh the negative). And even if you disagree, your website has as much maturity as an elementary school child who can't win an argument. - 08/26/2009 - Cassie

There is only one reason this site exists: to self justify and rationalize un-Christian and perverse behavior in its authors. The only real critics of the LDS faith are those that would rather party-hearty and rebel at the strict principles the church teaches. They feel very very small. Check the hands of the authors and see how clean they are. Any rational person sees the hate and loathing seething from the authors of this site. Wonder what creed they follow as they sure don't follow any Christian teaching? Why attack others? Why the hate? Psychological Mirroring fits the bill: accuse others of what you yourself are guilty of! I'm glad truth seekers can "feel" and "see" their way past this type of sick, pathetic, negativism.

Cheers! - 08/12/2009 - pathetic diatribic site

I love everyone who feels like all the Mormons are trying to kick them out of Utah. Stop hitching about it. You are only feeling that way because you choose to feel that way. Grow a pair! - 08/12/2009 - Dan

I hope that you repent of this evil. I testify that President Monson is the Prophet of the Lord, that Joseph Smith had burst before him the glorious revelation of the Father and the Son. That the Priesthood power is restored to the earth. I know these things to be true and I shake the dust off my feet as a record of your evil acts, but know that Christ still loves you and always will no matter how you treat his prophets. - 08/11/2009 - magnusius

I have known persons far more rude and unclean in manner and speech than those depicted in this sketch, yet even they would not desecrate such sacred things in the manner that has been done. Interesting that a Google search for temple images brought me here. As for the authors of this, I would advise that no apology be given save that which is owed to your creator. As for publishing in behalf of our church, please, continue. It is statistically known that greater publicity, for good or ill, will always amount to a positive growth in the church. Why? Even those who have never known the church would only need 5 minutes with a 16 year old seminary student to know that ignorance was the only real author of this mockery. Of course, for the sake of restoring the damned, I kindly ask that you continue such publication no more. - 08/11/2009 - BenCapella

Anyone who is so full of bitterness and bigotry to write such ridiculous, disgusting, LIES is to be pitied. You are patheric, sad, sorry excuses for supposedly intelligent life forms.

If you replaced the word "Mormon" in your rantings with "African American," "Asian," "Muslim," or "Hispanic," your property would be shot up with AK-47s or firebombed, and folks would say you deserved it because of your hate speech. And then you'd get arrested for hate crimes.

I put apostates and anti-Mormons on the temple prayer roll, not because I honestly think it'll do you any good but because I'm hoping God has mercy on you even though you are consumed by hate. I'm hoping you are this obnoxious and hateful out of sheer ignorance and are therefore not accountable. - 08/10/2009 - TBM and glad

Who the heck are you? One day, just one day you'll be facing some serious condemnation for this site. I love the Church, it pains me so much to see such idolatry in this site. It pains me much.

Thomas S Monson is a modern day prophet, a wonderful loving man who guides and leads his church in the latter days, navigating us through the perils of pressure and temptation. Watch the next conference and then tell me you can't feel inside a burning in your bosom indicating this wonderful man is here on call from our Heavenly Father. - 08/01/2009 - Jared

Even behind the jokes and sarcasm you still come off, to anyone above a 20 IQ score, as a hate group. Even if it is not true, why tear down something that brings so many people so much joy? You sound like a bitter deacon whose mommy made you wear a new suit bought at D.I. to pass the sacrament and have never forgiven her. - 08/01/2009 - Seriously?

Reading this site, I found many people against the church using ad hominem attacks and straw man arguments, while those for the church using red herrings to avoid certain facts. That is pretty sad on both parts. You lose credibility by resorting to those tactics. But to elaborate on one of the final thoughts; the church is a church, not a charity. I am sure the name salamander society is to allude to the salamander letters that the church bought to cover up, and later found to be false, just as the church doesn't disclose their finances to the public. But don't make the assumption that because they don't disclose that information means that they have something to hide. The former doesn't prove the latter. It is also conceivable that the church, being first a religious institution, wants to concentrate on their religious side, rather than getting all their attention from donations, and don't tell the public what they earn and how much they donate. Also, since worshiping in temples and church buildings is kind of an important part of their beliefs, it does make sense to spends tons of money on it to provide the best they can for the growing membership. And as for the apostles being paid, they do get money, but it isn't exactly falling backwards into money. Many of them lost money by taking the position, such as Neil L. Anderson, who was a very successful business owner. Don't assume evil from lack of publicized information. - 07/31/2009 - anon

Hon... there is no teleprompter. And from the way it looks, you really need to talk to a real LDS member. Ask anyone, it hurts to be made fun of. But judging by what you wrote, it seems like that's what you were trying for, doesn't it? To hurt people you don't know about? Listen. I don't you, and you don't know me. But to read something that so blatantly disgraces everything I believe is true... It hurts. I know you were trying to be funny, and I'm sure some people thought you were. Have you, or anything you believe in, ever been made fun of? I'm sure you have. What was it like? Take my advice. Please be courteous, or at least perhaps tolerant of others and their beliefs. It's too bad that a website that looked like it was going to be something positive about Primary ended up like this. I was looking for ideas for singing time, not Mormon church bashing. Seriously people, it's okay if you don't want to be a part of the religion you were raised in, but you need to move on. You could call ANY religious instruction brainwashing if that's the way you want to see it. Sorry that you had MORTALS teaching you in Primary with all their flaws, but that does seem to be the only option here on earth. Grow up and get rid of your bitterness . . . you will be much happier. - 07/19/2009 - Cookie Dough

Excuse, maybe you should find out what a mormon really is, because i was raised as a mormon, and i am a little upset at this stuff, and i wear black almost every day. Mormon's are not a cult, they are christians, and if all of you were christians, you wouldn't be talking about someone elses religion like that. I went to the camps and youth conferences, and had a lot of fun. Everyone there was so nice, and always asking to help. We did so many hilarious pranks. There were some who were misbehaving, but everyone has a mischievious streak in them. Get over yourselves. And to those who disagree with this stuff (like myself), stop reading these things, you know they're going to upset you, so stop looking at them. I know the church of jesus christ of latter day saints is the true church. i know that when i have God in my life and i follow the teachings of the church, i am blessed in my daily life. Regardless of what science says, whether it agrees with the LDS church (or any other church for that matter) or not, the basic teachings make sence and are very logical. if you guys actually stoped looking for fault in everything, maybe you can see what a wonderful thing chuch is. i challenge you that if you seriously attend LDS church sunday meetings for at least 6months and consider the teachings, you will be presently surprised. I am disappointed that your testimony is not stronger. Being Prophet does not mean you are perfect. I've had Bishops that I've socialized with before they were called as Bishops. They had some idiosyncrasies, but I respect the office and their calling. They were not perfect. It is not for you to judge. Any member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints knows that. We have always been taught to respect the office, but know that man is not perfect. I'm sure he doesn't "insist" on the milk thing. I'm sure his secretary is more than happy to give him the cold milk she know he loves. - 05/30/2009 - linda

U guys are not the smartest, u don't know anything about the mormon church. For we Judge RIGHTEOUSLY and what ur people are doing are taking false things and make them real u need to grow up, believe what u want, no one will care, and what u believe about the mormon church. We don't do anything wrong, we don't take their free agency, we don't do anything to u and u have to discrace us? When will you people learn that Mormons live everywere. We are a growing church. We Believe in things that u won't understand. We don't take anything from anyone. it is all free agency. I am the Mormon person standing up FOR THE CHURCH OF JESUS-CHRIST OF LATTER DAY SAINTS. i write the message not to show my hate for anyone. i Show it because of the discrimation that i get from friends and people whom i might not know. What a hypocritical thing to do... to slam Mr. Romney because of his religion. So much for "tolerance" that the left is always preaching.

How come you don't do this same thing for Democrat Harry Reid, leader of the Senate, for he is just as Mormon as Romney is, but NOOOOOO, because he is part of your left wing agenda, you leave him alone, right?

So your left wing political bias shines through loud and clear! - 05/24/2009 - AWR

This website is full of inappropriate comments, I have talked with my Mormon friends on the subject and its not right to say such things about something that is sacred to a person. I think that if we are so idle with our time making judgements about The Mormon people and their beliefs, then we need to find something good to do in the world. - -05/21/2009 - Concerned

This life isn't meant to be easy, its a test but he wants to help you. God is always there, I know he is. I have seen amazing things happen in my own life because of prayer and preisthood blessings. I wouldn't be alive today without the preisthood. I didn't if the church was true for a while but I prayed and God let me know that it is true. I know that there is always different sides to everything, but I know with all my heart that this church is where you are meant to be. Before you jump to conclusions about what the church has taught please pray. I am a teenager and I have been facing some hard times and I can't tell you how amazing it is to have guidelines to life. The church has helped me in more ways than anything else in my life.

in case you haven't noticed, people are going to be people. they all have their own habits, their own beliefs, likes, dislikes, loves, losses, interests, and everything else. in case you haven't noticed: nobody is perfect. i agree with all those who are LDS and said what you said; thanks :) but biasing an opinion off of just a few "mormons" you meet out of the millions that are out there is very childish. we have our own individual weaknesses, any "mormon" will tell you that we know we're not perfect. but we try :) i was amazed at how untrue all this is. lol . . . and the whole "mormons aren't christian" thing is so funny (sorry, but it is). just an FYI for everyone: Christianity=belief in Christ. lol . . . mormons believe in Christ! haha . . . so yes, we're Christians just like a lot of people :) and yes, i'm a member (duh, isn't it obvious by now? lol) and to all the people that put this together: you said that we don't investigate any other religion, that we go to just this and say it's the right one without ever looking at the other. i guess it's like only eating apples all your life and saying that it's the best fruit in the world but you haven't ever tasted grapes (which are way better) lol. that's what you're saying right? and yes, i know that was a really stupid analogy, but still . . . that's what you're saying. well . . . take it from someone who has tasted a lot of fruit and been around a lot. i'm not the typical mormon that grew up in the typically perfect mormon home, i'm one of the few that had to fight for it. and you know what? i love being LDS :) that sounds really cheesy, but it's true. I'm sorry that you all think that this whole list is true, it isn't, take it from someone who knows. and before you make any more judgments and write up more stuff, interview the other millions of mormons and then write something that's true, okay? lol . . . and hey, if you hate me for saying this or wanna ask a questions just hit me up at - 05/12/2009 - ME

I have to state unequivocally that I have never seen such childish behavior on a website. This poking fun at and disrespecting others religious beliefs shocks and appalls me. Now, I am not LDS, but a practicing Catholic. I do not disrespect or otherwise degrade anyone else's religion. Maybe those of you here need to think about what you are doing. I dont understand a lot of things. Here goes. First off, the Bible is very far fetched. It is the elephant in the room now we are finally free to talk about it. Talking Dogs, time standing still, the world being covered by water by the hand of GOD. Moses parting the red sea, water turning into wine. The Ressurection.....You see where I am going. Sometimes life gets a little obscure sometimes. AS FOR ME, I am going to continue believing in all of these things and in teachings of my Church. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-DAY Saints. I will admit that there are some questionable things, some far-fetched things. There are some contradictions to say the least. Here is what I know to be true.....I know that I was a junkie, an alcoholic, and a homosexual. One day while dwelling on that fine line between life and death, SUICIDE....SERIOUSLY....I was going to kill myself. I had nothing or no one to live for. Someway, GOD heard my sorrowful, hopeless prayer. I was READY to do the deed. I had even written letters to family members. I was ready to go....Then there came a knock at the door....It was the first time anyone cared to help me in years. When you are the disgrace to your family, the phone stops ringing. While I cant truly say that I KNOW the Church is true. I will say that I question it. BUT I know that if their is a HEAVENLY FATHER that he sent his messengers to my doorstep. Their timely presence and their hopeful message was what saved my life. That was more than 3 years ago. I am clean, sober, and abstinate. You cant beat that. ALL I know is that if their truly is a God that he surely wouldn't have betrayed me through prayer. I know my feelings about the Church, the Missionaries, the General Authorities and the Book of Mormon. My feelings and my OWN personal Testimony is the only thing that held me together. I lost my home.....I pulled myself together and got another one. I will say to you this one time, I understand your frustration, I understand your anger. Spirituality is not a science. It cant be proven by facts, figures or numbers. I understand why people even leave the church. What I dont understand is the hatred that follows. WE are ALL Children of our Heavenly Father, if you have retained ANYTHING at all I hope you kept this one shred of Hope. Try not to be so hurtful in your search for truth. If you only look at the bad in life, you will only find the bad. I found something good that works for me and my family. PRAY ALWAYS....Feel free to respond however you wish. Just keep it polite. KNOW that you are in my prayers.... - 05/02/2009 - call me what you will

why do people hate mormons so much? i went to a baptist sermon just a few days ago, and the whole sermon was about mormons. an entire sermon dedicated to talking about and ripping down another religion. if they were really christ like wouldn`t they help uplifting one another than spending all their time and money in trying to destroy the belief of other people? the mormon people don`t go on strikes or rallies against other religions, if they were to it`d be a news event, but all other religions do it to the mormons. why is that? people who tell other people that their religion is wrong, are closed minded ignorant people. do they theink they are God? only God can denounce a religion or people. - 04/28/2009 - anon

Hey I think this is the most Bias thing I have ever read. I am not a mormon, but I do attend BYU and have looked into the doctrine of the church as well. A lot of things posted here are false. I do not yet believe several of the mormon teachings, but I know when I read something wrong! Anywhere you go you will get weird teachings. And no one is perfect, out 70% of the people being mormon in uta, most of which are born into the church, you can't expect everyone to be perfect. It is one of the best schools in the country, I came here because of the good reputation. Mormons are great people, and I do not enjoy hearing/reading so many negative and untrue things about them, or their doctrine. You can't believe every thing you hear, I always look for the facts, and in doing so have found most of the stupid things said about mormons to be false. - 04/26/2009 - Glenn

(You might want to post this one in this sight. You're not a cowward are you?) This sight is awful and terrible. You just making fun of the mormon beliefs but in reality you are just annoyed of the mormon doctrines because it makes you tremble and guilty of your crimes. You people are bunch of losers fighting mormonism in vain. You even make fun of those names but the only being that doeth so is the devil himself. if you make negative meaning of names you are a devil. God Himself never insult a name and if you ever insult one it proves you are a demon. No one can judge a character by making fun of their names. in the bible it says that in the latter days, there are many who shall depart from truth doing ungodly things. you are unreasonable!!! In the 13th Articles of Faith of the Mormon it is stated that we, mormons must seek after the things of God such as seeking for truth including being lowly and meek, submissive to the Lord and to respect our mankind. If there is something lovely, praiseworthy and of good report we seek after these things. To whom it may concern,

it is really amazing the effort you have gone to to tear down hope. what have you done that is good in the world today? i HOPE others realize the that the mental thought processes you are following at this time will only leed to pain and hurt, even for those that may have done more good had their HOPE not been discouraged by you.

Yes, their are obvious problems with the nature of man, we have weaknesses. when some become burdened by extra responsibilities they fold. christ taught about that. when times get tough, others fold. it is not surprising then, that as the world plummits towards selfishness and only satisfying the natural man, that there would be a decline towards doing good.

i guess i must be luckier than you as i joined the LDS Church in a westernized country and was adequitely supproted by a true and independent testamony, not one from missionaries, not one from ward members, but one directly from Heavenly Father (3am, 8th May 2002, Mitchell Park, Adelaide, South Australia, Australia) and so i know that this is the true church (that of coarse doent mean i don't recognise good that comes from some of Heavenly Father's other children, individually or by the group charitable efforts of non- LDS citizens).

in my LDS Chruch life i wasnt supported well by our YSA, my family opposes my decision still, i had to tract down the missionaries that baptised me (7 years it took to find them), and many people i know have fallen by the way side. But my testamony is centered in Christ, and not people.

i am sad that all you seem to do is want to tear down. i shall sent a prayer of HOPE to heavenly Father on your behalf and of coarse to you my brother.

You anti mormons are all NUTSO...I do sincerely feel sorry for you. Especially that poor kook steve davis.. where did you dig him up from? It's like a psych ward in hereLOL - 04/10/2009 - kittywaymo

To those of you who believe that the Mormon Church is a Cult and Satanic one too, I will never convince you otherwise as you all have your thought and opinions and free will. And for those of you who mock the Mormon Church, shame on you. Everyone knows that mocking another religion is wrong in the eyes of God. And if it so be that the mormon church is a satanic cult as most people think, then why do we not do any satanic rituals or practice satanic doings? Where are the pentagons around our necks? Where is the witchcraft? Where are the devils toys that we use? Surely if it were true, every single mormon alive would be known as satanic because of what other people have seen.

Secondly, there is nothing in the book of mormon that states YOU MUST become a mormon or go to hell.. There will be other people that are not members of the church that will not go to hell because they are purely good people. And thirdly, the Lord never said that the Bible is the only book around. We do NOT read the book of Mormon as the bible, nor do we replace it with the Bible. We do not add it to or take it from the bible either. It is a book that we read.

And as for Joseph Smith being "such a bad person" even if he was such a bad person or role model... I leave you all with this:

Talk about a bitter person, the author of this website must have some cause to be so bitter at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Could it be due to an excommunication for immoral conduct? Much like Ed Decker- A man who cheated on his wife with her best friend multiple times- then after being excommunicated turned strongly against the Church of Jesus Christ?

Either or simply browsing through this trash its amazing how much negativity the author of this web page has.

Interesting how it takes "A few days" before comments are posted on here.. Why not an immediate post? Are you editing and filtering people's comments? - 03/25/2009 - James Matheson

I am offended that you would post something that is so sacred to me. Whether you believe it or not you know that some do but you choose to post and mock. Take the site down please. - 03/25/2009 - scott

come on get real, LOL.. the majority of people who posted comments know nothing about the church.. alot of you probably just got your feelings hurt when a member might of said something or done something to hurt them.. remember this is Christs Church.. no the members church.. no one is perfect.. but however... the Gospel of Jesus Christ is perfect! and its true!.. so come on back. - 03/25/2009 - Elder Davis

The vitriol on this site conveys more info than the anecdotes it contains. Why don't you allow yourself to move past your anger and use your life to do something worthwhile? You'd probably be a lot happier. This is a complete waste of your time and perpetuates your anger and unhappiness. - 03/24/2009 - Wow

I feel bad you are so bitter...You can leave the church, but you can't leave it alone.. Really sad. - 03/24/2009 - anon

So there was this one time I came to this website and read all these stories and experiences about the temple and what goes on inside of it. I read some of the stories to see what people had to say. There were so many stories about people hating the church because the members didn't treat them with perfect politeness. I think this is silly. Who said the members were perfect? No one. I promise. The church is perfect, not the people.

Come on people. I don't hate the Catholic religion because of one stupid friend I knew. I know that he doesn't represent the whole religion.

Just something to think about. - 03/24/2009 - dan

you guys are just jack asses to belittle the faith of others, I could argue with you all day but it's not worth it, hey I have an idea, why don't you make a website about why the Pope wears a funny beanny or why pentecostals talk funny and roll around on the floor or why the wacky Jews leave a place at the table for Elisha on Passover, how about passing the collection plate, whats up with that? Just sad.... - 03/24/2009 - Dave

Hmm, Looks like someone has nothing better to do than to sit on the computer and be stupid. Seriously, what's the benifit? What are you getting out of this? Does writing this and posting to the web make you a better person? Nope! You have no respect at all for anything obviously and of course you know it's wrong, but I'm guessing that you are the type of person that loves attention and apparently needs it... but going about it this way is just barbaric. I have a GREAT idea! If you spent half of your time being of service to people in need than you do spending time on here to cut people down, Then maybe...Just maybe you would make a bigger impact. - 03/24/2009 - EVERYONE

God is your Father in Heaven. He knows you personally. Jesus Christ is the Son of God and your Savior. His life and teachings are the way to peace and happiness.

God knows you personally and loves you more than you can comprehend. He wants you to be happy now and always. To accomplish this purpose, Heavenly Father has provided a plan called the gospel of Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ is the Son of God; His teachings are the way to peace in life and joy for eternity. As part of His plan, God has followed a simple pattern from the beginning of the world. He chooses a prophet (like Noah or Moses) to teach the gospel and lead the people. Sadly, most of God's children have disregarded, disobeyed, and rejected His prophets.

As promised, Heavenly Father sent His Son, Jesus Christ, to earth. Jesus Christ lived a perfect, sinless life. He established His Church, taught His gospel, and performed many miracles. Incredibly, even Jesus Christ was rejected. Following His death, many people began to drift away from or distort Christ?s true teachings. As a result, God withdrew His authority to direct the Church that Christ had established. Our loving Father in Heaven is the "same yesterday, and to day, and for ever" (see Hebrews 13:8). As in ancient times, He has followed His simple pattern in our day. He has again established the gospel of Jesus Christ on the earth through a prophet. This prophet whom the Lord called to restore God's truth is named Joseph Smith. The evidence of this Restoration is found in the Book of Mormon, which you can read, ponder, and pray about. God continues to speak His words and reveal His truth in our day through a living prophet. If you ask your Heavenly Father in prayer, He can confirm the truth of this to you.

You all need to Learn More about the true Church. God is your loving Heavenly Father God is your Father in Heaven; He knows you personally and loves you more than you can comprehend. The Gospel Blesses Families and Individuals A home established on gospel principles is a place of refuge and safety, where the Spirit of the Lord can abide, blessing family members with peace, joy and happiness. Heavenly Father Reveals His Gospel to All Throughout history and today, God has chosen prophets to teach the gospel and direct His Church. Jesus Christ established His Church The Savior established His Church "upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone" (Ephesians 2:20).The Great Apostasy Following the death of Jesus Christ, wicked people killed the Apostles; as a result, priesthood authority to direct Christ's church and receive revelation from God was lost. The Restoration of the Gospel Jesus Christ has restored his gospel to the earth, established a prophet and apostles with priesthood authority to receive revelation and perform saving ordinances such as baptism. Christ's restored church is called The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. The Restoration of the Priesthood Jesus Christ has restored his gospel to the earth, established a prophet and apostles with priesthood authority to receive revelation and perform saving ordinances such as baptism. This restored authority is found in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. The Book of Mormon The Book of Mormon: Another Testament of Jesus Christ is an actual record of God's dealings with the ancient inhabitants of the Americas and contains, as does the Bible, the fullness of the everlasting gospel. How can I know this is true? You can know if the gospel of Jesus Christ has truly been restored to the earth. Ask your Heavenly Father in prayer and you will receive an answer from Him through the Holy Ghost. For more info go to: . Before you put down others maybe you need to read and pray with a sincere & open heart. I would never put you down for what you want to believe in. so I don't understand why and what religion would allow you to do so. Have you ever stopped to think what would Jesus do (WWJD) it saddens me too think Brothers & Sisters of our Heavenly Father acting like this. What will you say to Heavenly Father when he asked you when you return back to him and you go over the book of life with him? We can't blame it on someone else for our actions. We have been giving free agency to do what we want to do on earth. But with his intensions that we would return back to him in full glory. I was raised up in the Church as a teenager I left the church to be a teen. I never once put the church down. I was always told the church is true and to remember that people are not perfect. We came to earth to learn the truth. When I left the church I felt so lost I could not find any other church that taught so much about the gospel as the LDS Church did. I know with a true heart that the Church is true & people are not perfected other. I hope & pray one day you will all find the truth in your heart as I did. My Heavenly fathers bless & watch over you during your trials here on earth. With All My Love Your Sister in Zion. - 03/24/2009 - WECTR

Clearly no one on this blog understands the doctrine or theology, because the comments make no sense. Why are God the Father and Jehovah presented as persons in th film instead of just voices? That is done to re-inforce the doctine that they are distinct real personalities of flesh and blood, a key Mormon doctrine.

Clearly also no one believes that God has any standards or rules, or they would understand why He wants to exclude the likes of you from the Temples so long as you have this dis-respectful and profane attitude. - 03/24/2009 - dismayed

Yes, all these bitter people here have never done anything for anybody, just critizicing people and extremely unhappy, not with enough balls to give out their names. Anyone can say anything behind anonimity. Get a life! - 03/23/2009 - Julio Birrueta

I didn't waste much more time reading this whole thing but the parts that I did see were extremely offensive and rude. Maybe you should evaluate your own life instead of judging others. - 03/22/2009 - Unpleased

OK, I read this whole sorry webpage. Wow. I mean, W O W. Here's the deal... If it doesn't work for you, go find something else. Please, feel free to find your peace elsewhere. You folks all need a life! Go do something useful instead of ragging on the beliefs and sacred things of other folks.

On the other hand, consider this: Joseph Smith founded The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in 1830 with only six members. As of 2007, the membership of the Church was 13,193,999 with congregations in over 165 countries. That?s over THIRTEEN MILLION folks who disagree with YOU!

You call Joseph Smith a fraud but I challenge you to do something even remotely as important or successful with your life. Please blog how you intend to come anywhere close to this kind of accomplishment! I?d love to hear it; I?d love to see it. In other words, put your money where your mouth is. Don?t just snipe at the life you left, show us the better way! Oh wait. You can?t.

What is that troublesome little scripture? ?By their fruits ye shall know them?? (Matthew 7:20)

Oh, and by the way, Hyrum Smith, the brother of Joseph Smith is my 6th great-grandfather. They were both murdered by a mob of angry, intolerant people very similar to you. The point is, you and your society are not just knocking my religion and heritage, and you?re messing with my FAMILY. And you KNOW how we LDS folk feel about our families.

But just so we?re clear, remember that YOU are part of OUR family too. You are our brothers and sisters, and we are inviting you back. Don?t worry; we won?t hold all the bad things you?ve said against you. We?ll just say, ?Welcome Home?. - 03/11/2009 - astonished_at_the_hate

You people are rediculous. I have read almost everything you have put here and it's nitpicky and childish. You didn't get what you expected? Boohoo. For all of you ex-mormons who quit because it was either too hard or you're too proud, I feel sorry for you. To all who have blatantly mocked what the Lord does hold sacred, you will all be accountable for that. I know the LDS faith it good and true. I have lived its teachings and I could never leave it. Joseph Smith did see God and he did translate it through the power of God. Jesus Christ does lead and guide this church and I have spent my whole life looking forward to the day when Christ will come and you will all know that we were right...all along. - 03/11/2009 - Jrad

You are an Anti- Christ and as such will be accountable to what you have posted on this site.. - 03/10/2009 - amreekie

After reading more posts I discovered that all the mormons who tell me I will burn in hell for liking this you are going against the bible (JOHN 3:17) For God did not send his son to condem the world but to save the world through him. Dont you get it if you want to be like God then dont just write people off then your just becoming just like them. Even though I loved this site . - 03/10/2009 - baptist

I sure hope that anyone that has participated or who views this website with any degree of gladness isn't a christian. They had better be atheist. Why? Let me put it plainly. Any person who can go out of their way to insult, degrade, or slander one's beliefs is not a person who can believe in anything. I'm sure there are many things that other "Christians" have done that nobody talks about. Let's mention a few, especially the atrocities done TO Mormons. If many are aware, the Mormons were persecuted, raped, killed, and exiled in the very country which sought religious freedom. These things were done by Baptists, Methodists, and many other sects that decided to judge this group of people because of their beliefs. This didn't happen just once, but numerous times. Hundreds of innocent people were killed by supposed "righteous men of God". Pathetic! Here you have the downright gall to find this entertaining. As I said before I do hope that those who made this and those who find enjoyment out of this are Atheists, because only someone who doesn't believe in God could find humor in something that judges, and degrades men, women, and children in this manner.

You may think you are spreading the "truth" to people. I will ask you this, what if one day you find out that you have been wrong, and this whole time you have had a cloud of pride and anger, or resentment covering the truth before your eyes? What will you do then? "Oh sorry." How would you feel if, assuming you have kids, one of your children was slandered, laughed at, hurt, pushed around, or had something very precious, and personal thrown about as though it was public media. I'll tell you what you would do, you would throw a riot. Do you realize actions such as this cause that very same situation to happen to families everyday? Children have been hurt, laughed at, ignored, and shunned because somebody thought that they in some way deserved it.

If you have a problem with the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, fine. I respect that, but keep it to yourself. Members ask for the same respect that they give you, and lastly, don't let one person's actions make you act like a jerk to everyone else. "Christians, Catholics, and other denominations have had groups, and individuals do things, but should their actions make anyone think the rest in such manner? Of course not.

This is a common saying, think before you act. You never know who you actually hurt. - 03/10/2009 - Blank

Believe it or not, God loves Hitler just as much as he loves the pope or an unknown starving child in Ethiopia. Of course, justice will always claim what is hers. I just thank God that you and your group have no actual powers to seal or to un-bind any contracts made between God and his children on this world or the next. This page is bullcrap.

Why don't you ask a mormon instead of assuming stuff that is false. and don't ask a fundamentalist, ask someone of The Jesus Chist Church of latter Day Saints - 01/26/2009 - Mad

All your thoughts regarding there being less LDS active people may be true, but this is really irrelevant and not important. What IS important is that The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints is TRUE. The teachings of Jesus in the Bible and Book of Mormon are, when applied and put in action, life changing... to the core! The road is difficult, yet rewarding. We should be LDS because the Church is True, not because "everyone's doing it." who cares if we're not #1... that's not the point. All of your thoughts are redundant and boring and irrelevant to the underlying importance... the LDS Church is True... the members are imperfect, yes, only Christ was perfect... but the LDS Church's teachings are true and should therefore be shared to all people. Your lazy attitudes really sicken me... your ancestors worked their butt off for you to just sit on your butts on the computer and criticize them... as you mooch off of their hard works... as you take the parts of the gospel that bless you without sacrificing back, as the Lord has asked you to do, to save the souls of others. You should all be ashamed of yourselves. - 01/25/2009 - Chilena LDS

I was sent a link to show that there are actually people out there who misuse their freedom of speech to attack others. I will not be forwarding this link, as I choose not to spread hate and discontent. My question to your society is, how do you find joy in mocking something that is sacred to someone else? It makes me wonder if there is nothing you hold sacred in your own lives. If I am mistaken, I urge you to look at things that are important to you, and ask yourself how you would feel if those things were attacked in a false and degrading way. - 03/10/2009 - why?

I stumbled upon your site while searching for helps for my lesson at church, where I teach the 6/7 year-old girls and boys. How sad that there is really nothing on this web site that is factual; well, nothing regarding The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints that is factual. I thought this was a joke at first. How sad that the founder of this site is so unhappy about his own choice to leave the church, for whatever reason, that he feels the need to blaspheme and be riduculously vicious. I hope that you find happiness somewhere. Should anyone reading this site wish to find facts about the church, or speak to a missionary or someone who is not bitter, visit - 01/05/2009 - So Sad

Yeah good photo-shop man. Not at all actually, i'm glad that respect means nothing to you about others religions. - 01/05/2009 - anon

its pretty impressive that you would dedicate an entire website to justifying why you live a separate lifestyle to "mormondumb" it sounds like a constant self justification to me. why dont you just live your life without the guilt of "mormondumb" hanging over your shoulder? are you really going to live your life in bitterness? well, its your life. be angry about the world and perhaps a religion that could affect you very little if you left it alone. - 01/02/2009 - anon

Get a life you guys! If you don't like MORMONS then leave Utah! Or go to a baptist church or a lutheran church. So typical! People living in Utah and complaining about the church all the time. IT'S UTAH! It's like living in Jeruselum and complaining about the Jews. So sour all of you... Move on. - 01/02/2009 - Jennings
